Finding the right place to live is an important part of the student experience. The College supports students in securing safe, comfortable, and affordable accommodation that allows them to focus on their studies while enjoying an independent and fulfilling student life.
Accommodation options are available in carefully selected residences and private housing close to the campus, offering easy access to academic facilities, public transport, and essential services. Options typically include shared apartments or studios, catering to different budgets, lifestyles, and lengths of stay.
All recommended accommodation meets basic standards of safety, hygiene, and comfort. Residences are generally fully furnished and may include utilities such as water, electricity, and internet, as well as shared amenities like kitchens, laundry facilities, and common areas.
The College’s Accommodation Office provides guidance and support throughout the process, assisting students with available options, application procedures, and general advice on living in the area. While accommodation is arranged independently from the College, students are supported to make informed and confident choices before and after arrival.
Accommodation assistance is provided exclusively to new first-year students. Students seeking support with their first-year accommodation are required to complete and submit the Accommodation Request form at least one month prior to their arrival in Cyprus.
