7th Cyprus Bar Show

The Gastronomy Club invited our students to attend the 7th Cyprus Bar Show held on 11-12 March 2023. Students were able to attend lectures, seminars, and flair shows related to cocktails and drinks. They learned about new mixing techniques from Cypriot and foreign instructors. They had the opportunity to network with bar professionals from all over Europe and the rest of the world. They listened to professionals sharing their knowledge about the management and operation of bars. Through testing and tasting they gained an understanding of global market trends. Last but not least, they had the opportunity to see innovative tools and equipment, and also find out about the latest bars' solutions.
