What is your biggest takeaway from the
whole experience?
“My biggest takeaway is that dedication,
passion, and willingness to learn are the
keys to success. Every task, no matter
how small, contributes to growth and
helps you become a better professional”.
“I plan to continue building my career in
the hospitality industry, focusing on
kitchen operations and food service. I
want to gain more international
experience and eventually become a
senior chef or manager in a well-known
hotel or restaurant”.
What advice can you give to future
students who will undergo internship?
“Take your internship seriously because
it’s the bridge between classroom
learning and real-world experience. Be
open to learning, listen to your mentors,
and don’t hesitate to ask questions. Most
importantly, do everything with passion.
Your internship is not just work, but also
discovering your strengths and preparing
for your future career”.
Students can be employed by Research and Innovation
Companies in Cyprus, or a 6-week Internship, between 2nd
of June – 30th of September 2025, where the student’s
salary of €1,400 is subsidized by the RIF.
