What advice can you give to future students
who will undergo internship?
“Personally, I became more confident and
learned to handle difficult situations calmly. I
discovered my strengths and weaknesses and
learned to stay professional no matter what
happens.”
“Professionally, I learned how to use the hotel’s
POS system in the restaurant and Protel, the
front office system. These skills gave me a
solid foundation for my future career”.
Why did you choose this programme?
“I chose Hotel Administration because I’ve
always been passionate about the hospitality
industry. The programme provides both
theoretical and practical training, which I
believe is essential in building a solid
foundation for a successful career in hotels
and resorts”.
What is your biggest takeaway from the
whole experience?
“Patience leads to good results. Building good
relationships with colleagues and guests
makes the job easier and more enjoyable”.
What was your most memorable experience
during training?
“My goal is to work in a 5-star hotel as a Front
Desk Receptionist or Associate and live the
hotelier life I’ve always dreamed of.”.

“Work hard, bring a lot of patience, and always
be teachable. Build good relationships and
connections. Serve people with warmth and
