I hereby declare that my sole purpose for entering the Republic of Cyprus is to pursue full-time studies at Casa College. I confirm that I will not, under any circumstances, apply for asylum or seek refugee status.
I certify that all information provided in this application is true, accurate, and complete. I understand that Casa College reserves the right to reject or cancel my application if any false, misleading, or inaccurate information is discovered.
I acknowledge that the information submitted will be shared with the Ministry of Education, Sport and Youth and the Migration Authorities of the Republic of Cyprus for evaluation and approval. I further understand that providing false or misleading information constitutes a criminal offence and may result in the immediate withdrawal of my application.
I confirm that I fully understand and will honour my financial obligations to Casa College for the entire duration of my studies. Failure to meet these obligations may result in suspension or termination of my enrolment.
I understand that, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, I am required to attend classes regularly. Failure to comply with attendance requirements may lead to suspension or other disciplinary action.
I hereby commit to abide by all Casa College Policies and Regulations, as well as the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

I hereby consent to Casa College collecting, processing, and using my personal data, including any sensitive data, for the purpose of administering my application and fulfilling its academic and legal obligations. Casa College will comply with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation and all applicable data protection legislation arising from this application.
I understand that the information provided on this application form will be used for the following purposes:

1. 1. To assess my eligibility for admission to Casa College.
2. 2. To provide relevant information to support my enrolment and studies, including details about open days, scholarships or discounts, tuition fees, registration, classes, faculty, campus facilities, accommodation, internships, career opportunities, visa guidance, and travel advice.
3. 3. To compile statistical reports for institutional use.
4. 4. To create and maintain my student record.
5. 5. To share information with the relevant government departments of the Republic of Cyprus where required by law.
I further consent to Casa College sharing my personal data, where necessary and lawful, with:
a. Professional and accreditation bodies associated with the College.
b. The Police or other competent authorities for the purposes of crime prevention or investigation.
c. Government departments of the Republic of Cyprus.
d. My sponsor or financial guarantor (if applicable).
e. My authorised educational consultant or representative (if applicable).
In the event that I do not complete my registration as a student, I understand that Casa College may retain my personal data for a limited period in accordance with its data retention policy and applicable data protection laws.
I acknowledge that I have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of my personal data, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.
