Students wishing to appeal against the termination of their studies must submit a written appeal within seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt of the official Termination of Studies Letter. Appeals submitted after this deadline will not be considered.

Please be advised that, as part of the appeal review process, you may be required to attend an interview. Failure to attend the scheduled interview without a reasonable justification may result in the appeal being considered based solely on the written documentation submitted.

    An appeal against the termination of studies will only be considered on one or more of the following grounds:
    • Serious illness or accident affecting the student (physical or mental health), supported by appropriate medical documentation.
    • Death of an immediate family member or someone with a close personal relationship to the student.
    • Significant deterioration of a previously declared permanent medical or psychological condition.
    • Verified incidents of bullying, harassment, victimisation, or threatening behaviour that materially affected the student’s academic performance or conduct.
    Appeals submitted on grounds other than those listed above will not be considered.
