This form must be completed by students who wish to formally terminate their studies at the College prior to the completion of their programme. Submission of this form constitutes an official request for termination and may have academic, financial, and immigration implications. Students are advised to review the College Refund Policy and Academic Regulations before submitting this request. Termination of studies will only be processed once all required sections of this form have been completed and all outstanding obligations to the College have been addressed.
